Meet the Team
Meet me -Silvia, a business owner.
I’ve been working in the health and NDIS sector in Australia for over three years and still going. Over the years of service, I’ve learned so much about people, resilience, and what genuine support really looks like. I’ve worked both as a support worker and a team leader, taking on high-intensity care, community support, and domestic assistance. I hold a Master of Public Health, which has helped shape the way I see health, wellbeing, and the bigger picture around disability care and the NDIS space.
But beyond the qualifications, I’m just someone who cares deeply about making life a little easier and a little brighter for the people I work with.
I started this business because of passion and the belief that in life, we all need to progress to take that next step forward, even if it’s a small one. For me, building this business was my way of staying in the line of work that I love and still do. All this, while still growing, challenging myself, and offering support from a different, more experienced, and more personal angle. I’ve always believed that we can do more, be better, and create something meaningful when we lead with heart.
Outside of work, I’m a pretty simple and creative soul. I love unwinding with my partner, and one of our favourite things to do is binge car and travel vlogs on YouTube. It’s our little escape of dreaming, laughing, and sometimes planning imaginary road trips we’ll take one day.
I also love trying new things and taking on projects just for the joy of learning, like building this website from scratch, which has been a whole adventure in itself.
If you’re looking for support that feels genuine, human, and grounded, not overly polished or distant, I’m here. I show up, I listen, and I care. That’s the heart of my work, and the heart of this business.
